Dr Fakhera Feroz (faah) MBBS, LRCP LRCS LMSSA, MSc, DFFP, MRCOG, PhD, has been trained as a Clinical Academician in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine. Faah is a medical graduate from St Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London and obtained her clinical training from the tertiary university hospitals such as St Georges Hospital, London, Royal London Hospital, Royal Free Hospital, London, Imperial College, London and University College London. Faah has obtained her academic training at internationally renowned universities such as Manchester University, University of Warwick, University of Cambridge, Imperial College London and University College London. Based on her PhD work she was awarded a Clinician Scientist Fellowship by the Tubingen University, Germany. Faah is a constituent member of PMNCH (Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health) and has been involved in the development of Global Health Strategy 2015-2030 for RMNCH (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn & Child Health) WHO & UN Geneva Switzerland.

Professor Shad (DMED, B Med, M.Sc, PhD) is a neuroscientist with more than thirty five years of experience in teaching Medical and Health Sciences, including Physiology, Pharmacology, Histology, Biological and allied health sciences to medical, dental, allied health science and science students at postgraduate, graduate and undergraduate levels in various universities across the globe.

Currently she is working at professorial level at University Science and technology , Sydney, Australia.

Dr Ali Maher Ahmad, MBBCh, MSc, PGA, MRCOG, PhD, MD, is a consultant obstetricians and gynaecologist at the NHS, UK, with a special interest in maternal and reproductive health. He is an international visiting consultant in Egypt. He was educated and trained in Egypt, Kuwait, United Kingdom, and France, with over 20 years of experience. He has introduced and modified several methods of treatment and surgery in both gynaecology and obstetrics. Dr Ahmad is a member of the UK Egyptian Liaison Group and the Egyptian Representative committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and is currently working with different NGOs on development of women and children health in Egypt.

Professor Lesley Regan is Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust at St Mary’s Hospital, and Deputy Head of the Division of Surgery, Oncology, Reproductive Biology and Anaesthetics at Imperial College London. She was elected the president o f the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2016, the second woman and the first in 64 years to hold this position. She is a member of the RCOG Council and International Executive Board, a member of the FIGO Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Rights Committee, an advisor to the NICE Interventions Committee, member of the National Confidential Enquiry into Patient Outcome and Death (NCEPOD), the Genesis Trust and Chair of CHARM – the Charity for Research into Miscarriage. Professor Lesley is also co-investigator at Tommy’s Charity, Recurrent Miscarriage Tissue Bank and ASPIRE. She hosted three International Women’s Day events on child marriage, domestic violence and maternal mental health respectively, and secured new funding streams to undertake transformational projects, including the Leading Safe Choices programme which is helping to raise the standing of family planning professionals in South Africa and Tanzania.

Professor Stephen Kevin Smith MBBS, M.D., Dsc, Frcog, Fmedsci is an academic and health executive who led the creation of the UK’s first Academic Health Science Centre at Imperial College, London. He was Principal of the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College, London and Chief Executive of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust at its inception in 2007. More recently he was Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Dentistry and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne having been the Vice President (Research) at the Nanyang Technological University and Founding Dean of the joint Lee Kong Chian Medical School in Singapore. He was a founder of the Sino-Chinese biotechnology company, GNI Group Ltd. In addition to consultancy services, Professor Smith serves on the Board of Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, London and a range of biotechnology and digital analytics companies.

Professor Mohammad Daud Khan was trained as a doctor in Peshawar, Pakistan, and as an ophthalmologist in the United Kingdom. He serves as the chairman of Comprehensive Health and Education Forum International (CHEF International), a non-governmental organization with a commitment to making a difference in general health, education and cross disability in Pakistan and other developing countries. He has played a key role in humanitarian work in Pakistan and other developing countries. He has been on the Board of Trustees of Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust since 1984. He is also on the Board of Governors of the Khyber Eye Foundation. Professor Khan has served as an advisor to the WHO since 1994. Professor Khan also served as a councilor and president of the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology, councilor of the Afro-Asian Academy of Ophthalmology, president of the SAARC Academy of Ophthalmology, president of the Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan, vice president of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness, eastern Mediterranean region, and vice president of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. In addition, Professor Khan served as a member of the International Council of Ophthalmology for six years. Professor Khan has been a recipient of many national and international awards.

Daniel Hlinka, MVD., PhD. is currently co-owner and Head of IVF laboratories of Prague Fertility Centre in Prague. He graduated as Doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Slovakia, and obtained his PhD from the same university.
